We create spaces where young people feel valued, respected and able to shape their own futures.
Our partnership exists to amplify youth voice, strengthen community relationships and champion the value of youth work locally. By sharing our experiences and learning together, we can make better address the range of complex and interrelated challenges young people are facing today, keeping services and opportunities streamlined, consistent, targeted – and able to adapt with local changing needs.
See what's coming up for the partnership below, or take a look at the range of young people's activities on offer in South Gloucestershire.
Upcoming Events
We attend or lead 40-50 community events a year. Through events and community presence we created safe spaces where young people can celebrate their identity, share experiences, and shape local initiatives.
Annual Youth Work Conference
29th October, 2026
The conference is our main opportunity to bring together youth workers from across the partnership during National Youth Work Week 2024. Workshops and sessions cover key themes and trends for young people with opportunities to network, upskill and connect with each other.
Not part of the partnership but working with children and young people? You can still join us.
South Glos Youth Network
Interested in working with us to share best practices, and build new collaborations? Come along to our Network meetings, open to any organisation in South Glos working with children and young people.
Upcoming dates are:
17TH September, 2026

February 2027 (Date TBC)
Other opportunities throughout the year
We deliver a range of events that bring young people together, celebrate achievements and create opportunities for participation. These include South Glos Youth Pride, youth voice events and awards programmes, community celebrations, trips and residentials. Together, these events help young people build confidence, develop new skills, make connections and have their voices heard.
